Just lost and looking for any guidance

Since I’ve graduated college I have fallen off the wagon and have no clue how to climb out of this.

I’m currently 6’3 and 260lb.

Three years ago I had a starting weight of 205-215lbs - I loved the way I looked and had no trouble playing sports/moving around/enjoying food. I was an active and healthy college kid.

Since I graduated last May I just continue to gain more and more weight. I hate the way I look and every attempt to lose weight results in me binge eating.

Has anybody here had a similar situation as me? And if so, what did you do to get out of this funk? I just want to be healthy again.
