I just finished 100 days of tracking my intake and following a meal plan. Lost about 35lbs total.

On February 14th, I started a youtube channel to make daily check-ins where I report what I ate and what exercise I did. For my 100th day, I decided to make a progression video; https://youtu.be/lEqXn6s34kw I plan on continuing my weightloss as well as documenting the process. If anyone would like the details of my meal plan, I'd be happy to provide it. I got the meal program from the healthy weight center run through my local hospital where I worked with a nutritionist. Hopefully this can inspire on their own journey or that the program I follow can work for them. Let me know if anyone has any questions.
