Really sorry but I don't particularly want to share pics of myself on Reddit.
Today I hit 80kg / 176lbs. That means I've now lost 48.4kg / 106lbs!
I don't have a load to share about this unless people are really interested. I did CICO for the first 25kg, cutting as much sugar as possible, and cutting out beer and wine. Since new year, I added 5/6 days a week of intense exercise, and made conscious efforts to eat more protein and fewer carbs. I barely drink any more, and when I do it's a neat whisky. I also stopped smoking so much weed since I lose all self control around snacks when I smoke.
There's not much more to say, but I'm proud as hell!
