I mentioned to a coworker that I’ve decided to lose weight and every day she asks me about what I did to lose weight that day.
I told her I’m counting calories and eating less calories than I used to, and that I’ve been going on walks.
She says calories aren’t real and that I have to eat certain foods to lose weight. She also says walking doesn’t help because you have to run. She keeps saying I’m being silly and stubborn.
I don’t want to talk about this and have told her so but she keeps bringing it up. Should I just pretend to agree and to do things her way?
