Going to start running and working out 5 days/week, how much of a calorie deficit should I be at to lose weight? (TDEE: 2200, BMR: 1800)

(20 yr old male, 5'7, 195 lbs, 24% bf)

Hey guys, I'm wondering how much of a calorie deficit I should be at because I see a lot of people doing a 500 calorie deficit a week to lose a pound a week, but doing a 500 calorie deficit would put me below my BMR, which I know is not healthy. Especially now that I am planning to run and workout again, its hard to calculate what my calorie deficit should be. I'm questioning that maybe my TDEE is being calculated too low on websites because I always choose the "Sedentary" option. (I really am though, I just sit at my pc and play games all day), and if not, then to eat just slightly above my BMR. I'm thinking that maybe I should calculate my TDEE with the inclusion of me running/working out, and then do a 500 calorie deficit from there, because choosing "Moderate exercise" on the calculating websites brings me up to about 2800~ TDEE.
