I'm so happy folks! I was 161 kgs (354 lbs) and i am 80 kgs (176 lbs) now. I had sleeve gastrectomy.
You should ride a cruiser like mine to lose weight. The reason for that is simply 1-) You can sit its seat better since they're bigger, 2-) The most important, you don't need to bend so less pain for your back, and more effort for you since you don't bend!
