I’m currently losing weight from 330 pounds down to just under 300 at the moment and 6’4 for my stomach seems to be a bottomless pit at the moment. Lucky for me my calorie goal is like 2500-700 at the moment losing 3-4 pounds a week so I’d say I’m still losing quickly before it really starts to slow. Normally I have a cheat day either every 2-3 weeks or when I hit a mile stone like a half stone or full stone. I see some people on here be like “oh after 4 years on 1200cals per day I’m treating myself with a dash of olive oil over my salad’ and while that’s a completely normal and probably sensible way to do cheat days or meals, I seem to just gorge. I’m happy doing that as it only takes me to 3.5k calories. I say only but that’s like 7-800 over maintenance so it’s not horrific, but damn does it feel good. Takeout pizza and collin the caterpillar (a luxury cake in the uk) are staples at the moment, and I’m thinking once it hit 20 stone (will be my 3rd stone gone) I’m gonna bake a nice big pizza with homemade dough and pickles and pepperoni. How do your cheat days look?
