So I've started this journey yet again. After many years of crash diets and hating mirrors I'm going to summon all of my willpower and say this starts TODAY, not tomorrow. Exercise wise I did the first day of Pamela Reif's beginners workout plan (week 1) - I was struggling which sadly I think means I'm even less fit than I thought. I'm also going to do some skipping/jump rope in the garden while the weather holds. Calories wise my goal is staying in the 1200-1400 region today. Any tips or support greatly appreciated!! I want this time to be THE time, I'm going to drop this weight once and for all 💖
