30 Day Accountability Challenge - Day 22

Hello losers,

Happy Friday! The kitty needed brushies and loves but I made it!

Weight by end of month (200 lbs, preferably trend weight): 203.6 this morning, 205.3 trend weight.

Stay within calorie range (1500 ish): 1580 ish planned. I went to Trader Joe's for the first time since the world got weird which means EBTB smoked salmon. Mmmmm. 2/2 weeks weekly calorie average, minus maintenance Mondays.

Exercise 5 days a week: Took the Pokemon for a two hour walk along a river trail today. 19/22 days.

Self-care time (journaling, working on love journals, beauty treatments, drawing 0/22 days): Got myself roses from Trader Joe's & spent enough time watching drag queens on youtube that I put some makeup on. Feeling myself.

Try a new recipe once a week: Cowboy caviar, dry navy & black beans into plump & ready to cook beans in the freezer, 15 bean soup with ham & sweet roasted chickpeas with nuts so far. 3.5/5 weeks.

50 pages of The Body Keeps the Score: Probably not tonight. 26/50 pages.

No fast food, candy from the work dish or Starbucks: Check. 22 day streak no fast food, gift card only Starbucks, 3 candy related lapses in judgement.

Listen to my effing body: Thirsty body today. All the agua for this bitch.

Be more mindful & express gratitude, avoid the hedonic treadmill: Today I'm grateful for men's button up shirts, Mac mascara being nap proof (you heard it here folks) and skin on salmon fillets. I'd be such a happy bear.

Your turn kids!
