30 Day Accountability Challenge - Day 17

Hello losers,

Happy Sunday! Anyone meal prepping? Tell me what you're cooking :)

Weight by end of month (200 lbs, preferably trend weight): 204.2 this morning.

Stay within calorie range (1500 ish): 1550 planned. 2/2 weekly calorie average in goal, minus maintenance Mondays.

Exercise 5 days a week: Two hours walking & chasing butterflies. 15/17 days.

Self-care time (journaling, working on love journals, beauty treatments, drawing 0/15 days): Getting stuff done today. Productivity feels like self care sometimes.

Try a new recipe once a week: Cowboy caviar, dry navy & black beans to plump ready to cook/freeze beans (cheaper & easier to store than canned beans YMMV), 15 bean soup with ham & sweet roasted chickpeas with nuts so far. 3.5/5 weeks.

50 pages of The Body Keeps the Score: Probably not tonight. 26/50 pages.

No fast food, candy from the work dish or Starbucks: Check. 17 day streak no fast food, gift card only Starbucks, 3 candy related lapses in judgement.

Listen to my effing body: My body would like protein so I'm going to give it chicken legs mmm.

Be more mindful & express gratitude, avoid the hedonic treadmill: New journal today. The tactile feel of a leather bond journal with high quality paper is just delightful.

Your turn! Hit us up with the good, bad & ugly!
