30 Day Accountability Challenge - Day 15

Hello losers,

Half way through the month! Crazy!

Weight by end of month (200 lbs, preferably trend weight): 205 this morning. I woke up sore today kids.

Stay within calorie range (1500 ish): 1565 planned. 1/1 weeks weekly calorie average, minus maintenance Mondays.

Exercise 5 days a week: 30 minute lunch walk is probably all she wrote today. 14/15 days.

Self-care time (journaling, working on love journals, beauty treatments, drawing 0/15 days): Therapy.

Try a new recipe once a week: I’m eyeballing a cowboy caviar recipe & will be making dry beans into ready to roll cooked beans this weekend. 15 bean soup with ham & sweet roasted chickpeas with nuts so far. 2/5 weeks.

50 pages of The Body Keeps the Score: Probably not tonight. 10/50 pages.

No fast food, candy from the work dish or Starbucks: Check. 15 day streak no fast food, gift card only Starbucks, 3 candy related lapses in judgement.

Listen to my effing body: Body sore today. Good tired muscle sore though, not ouchie I pulled something sore.

Be more mindful & express gratitude, avoid the hedonic treadmill: I recently got on board the sugar free pudding mix with almond milk train & I’m riding this bitch for a very long time.

Your turn!
