12 lbs, 2 months. wedding dress woes.

Hey Reddit,

I recently tried on my wedding dress (previously tried on in November) and it almost looks like a completely different dress, I barely fit in it. I’ve felt like I have been gaining weight, but I didn’t realize how much it impacted the dress. I have always been curvy and I really like that about myself...I just want to fit into my dress! It was expensive and it’s very detailed and most importantly- it’s how I imagine marrying my SO.

I’d like to try to lose the 12 lbs I’ve gained since the last time I tried it on. Is it healthy to lose 12 lbs in 2 months?

Any advice on how to move forward in a healthy way?

I work out about 3 days a week, so I plan to ramp that up. I’m also vegan so I eat pretty healthfully but I plan to cut our white bread and pasta... any thoughts are appreciated!
