What vitamins would I be missing in the diet I am doing?

So far I am down about 70lbs (from 385lbs, 6'2", male, young adult) but I never changed my eating habits, just started working out everyday. I want to go on a strict diet that I hope turns into a habit. I want to eat spinach, edamame, carrots every day, and grilled chicken breast 2-3 times a week with guacamole on it (keto/mainly vegetable hybrid). I'd like to have kale and straight avacado but campus food is the limiting factor. After my goal I plan to continue eating that way and maybe just add some protein and have cheat meals sprinkled throughout. While discussing this with some friends of mine, they were concerned that I would be missing out on some required vitamins. What kind of vitamins would I need to supplement and how should I go about getting them (supplement pill or add other food)? Campus food is pretty limited and I would rather take a vitamin but it might be better if I ate something instead, I don't know. Thank you for any and all help!

Edit: I plan on having the grilled chicken w guac 3ish times a week, I plan on the rest of the diet for every day
