hey! this is my first post, I needed to vent somewhere. sorry for any grammatical mistakes, English is not my 1st language. two weeks ago I saw my therapist, weighing 214 lbs. because of stuff we arranged our session for last Thursday. When she saw me she said I looked like I've lost weight. and I actually did! my weight is/was 208. it's not much but it made me happy bc I've been doing IF with little to no success since mid december the thing now is that all I could do on Friday (yesterday) was binge. I went for a walk a few times throughout the day but when I came back home: I binged again. now it's 2 am and I'm feeling like crap.
