Stuck at 23% fat, 73kg (161 pounds)

Hello everyone. I was 78kg(172 pounds) in November and now I have managed to be in 73kg (161 pounds) by becoming almost vegan (I had 268 cholesterol) increasing the protein digest, reducing carbs and trying to do a bit more exercise.

I did cardio almost 6 days a week, 1h everyday ( bodypump, swimming, spinning). Now I am doing 1,2h from mon to sun.

The thing is that I am stuck at 73kg and do not know what to do.

Option 1: eat less and forget about protein. Then I will try to build muscle when I am at my desired weight.

Option 2: continue eating 1,5g protein per kilo and try to keep muscle while I lose fat (although very slowly these days).

And another thing, should weight lift more or should I keep swimming, spinning and bodypump?

My data these days is: Male, 36 y.o. Height: 172 Weight: 73kg or 161 pounds Fat: 23% Muscle: 53,3 kg. Or 117.5 pounds BMI: 24,7 Protein: 20,1% Basal metabolism: 1523 cal And according to my apple watch, I spend around 1200 cal per day, so I end up eating around 1500+1200 cal per day, truing to eat veggies, tofu, protein shakes, chia, etc.

Thanks a lot!
