Staying motivated

My weight fluctuates within a relatively small range (bulimia recovery), however my body image has a massive effect on my outlook i.e. I can feel fine and have everything in context (if I've gained a few pounds I can lose them, etc). Therefore as soon as I "feel fat" my motivation goes out of the window as I can't bear to be seen or think it's a joke that I could get fit.

Does anyone have any tips on swerving this disheartened-ness and helping me believe that I deserve to get fit and can achieve my goals? I just feel so utterly fat and undisciplined it's hard to take myself seriously.

TIA sorry for woe is me city.
