I'm a young teen that is currently 220lbs im also 5'9"
i want to get to 180lbs because i think it would be good to get off the obese category of the bmi chart and because while i am mostly confident in my body i dont want to be unhealthy and I feel like I can lose some fat.
I want to know as a young teen what I can do to steadily lose some weight in between daily activities. since it seems a lot of you people know some stuff.
things i do already:
-On a slow day I drink two water bottles (500ml) (on a good day like 5)
-i do karate on Tuesdays and Thursdays
-and on Wednesday i bike ride to a ladies house, walk her dog, then bike ride back home (around 1hr of just moving everywhere)
while this does seem pretty good it hasn't really given me any results since im still 220lbs
