Slow progress over the last few years... 290ish to 262 - 30f - 5'1

This is my first post here, so please go easy on me. I know I'm not perfect.

A before and after pic - I hid my face because paranoia o.o https://imgur.com/a/dvNhnun

What I've done that helped (in order of importance):

  1. Found a therapist who specialized in eating disorders (most important thing for me)
  2. Got on the right medication for my mental health
  3. I cut out fast food and sodas completely
  4. Exercised in small, tiny, baby doses
  5. Implemented short sessions of yoga
  6. Stopped eating late at night
  7. Intermittent fasting 16:8
  8. Eliminated coffee slowly (it made me want to eat sweet things with it)
  9. Eliminated sugar slowly (sugar was causing flare ups in knee pain)

What I'm planning to keep doing:

  • Exercising (weight lift at home, possibly look into light jogging? aaaah)
  • Logging food (I've been logging for 3 days now, successfully)
  • Weigh myself less (I have a terrible habit of weighing myself daily)

NSV'S of 2019:

  • Went down a size
  • Did a 2 day backpacking trip
  • Went on many, many hikes in beautiful places
  • Lowered my blood pressure (138/90 > 123/86 as of 1 week ago)
  • Lowered my A1C levels

Thank you for taking the time to read this. Please let me know if you have any thoughts of advice. Happy 2020 everyone!
