Hello!
I really really really really need to kick myself in the butt and get in shape. Money is a huge issue unfortunately so no gym membership is feasible, I have a yoga mat (and youtube) and running shoes though haha.
I was wondering which workout have people had more success with/would recommend. Motivation is a big issue for me as I deal with persistent depressive disorder if that helps anyone give any advice haha. I wanna lose about 40lbs eventually, but for now just getting on a consistent workout routine is my goal.
I realize I could do both things, but that feels like I would get too overwhelmed trying to commit to more than one activity regularly.
