In your experience what were the pros and cons of weighing yourself daily, weekly or monthly?
I think weighing myself daily, but getting an average each week or month from it, would be the best way to gauge my progress, but I would love to hear others opinions.
I did just lose 14lbs in two months of not weighing myself, but, I've also worked out several times a week, and worked on my diet, only to find out I was gaining weight and my tracking wasn't accurate enough. So I'd like to know how other people balance their weighing habits.
I also want to measure myself with a tape measure every month. But, I feel very intimidated by it.
