I love the way I feel all day when I start with an AM workout. But I’m struggling to find a realistic routine that includes morning workouts. I already have to wake up at 6 just to have time to get ready and be at work by 8 on weekdays. It’s difficult (and sometimes downright impossible) for me to be in bed asleep any earlier than 10-11 most nights, so the idea of waking up regularly before 6 am to squeeze in a would be hard because I don’t function well without a full nights sleep.
I imagine those of you who workout in the morning aren’t super human and have to sleep at some point also. But are you just a morning person who doesn’t mind getting to bed early in order to wake up early? Are you sacrificing sleep? How are you managing to find the time to do this in the morning, particularly if you’re like me (and many others) who has to report to work by a certain time most mornings.
Walk me through your routine and how it’s worked for you. I need the inspiration/advice/whatever.
