Out of options, any advice?

Hello, I'll start off with some details first. I'm 6'7" and used to weight around 227LBS a few years ago. I wasn't really heavy but noticeably fatter than I used to. I started watching my diet and lost 35LBS in about 8 of months. Ever since I've been stuck at this weight, which is actually too low for my height. And yet, I have really noticeable abdominal fat. Like, too much really. I can see my ribs yet I have love-handles and, according to my scale, 25% body fat.

Now every fat loss article focusses on losing weight to lose fat, they just tell you to exercise. I excersise 4 times a week for 2 hours per session. But I CANT lose weight because I'm already underweight. I've started eating more (healthy) too regain weight to a normal level, but this has added fat as well. So its not the typical skinny-fat situation.

Because a lot of people told me off before online: yes I am underweight yet fat and no I don't have body dysmorphia/anorexia.

Please, If anybody has any clue what to do, leave a comment.
