First of all, a little bit about me. I am 27 years old, 5'9", and weighing 203 LBS. I have a 6 month old son and my maternity leave will be over June 1st. My goal is to weigh 150 LBS at some point. I do not want to put a time limit, but I am hoping for constant results. I currently have a membership with Weight Watchers and Beach Body On Demand.
I really want this but I am struggling. I have been losing and gaining the same 10 LBS since September and I am over it. It's really hard to admit it, but I need help. My husband is a naturally thin guy who can eat whatever he wants, making it very easy to cave into all sorts of cravings.
I just want a goal buddy to help keep each other accountable. Force me to do my workout, be there when I am about to cave on entire pan of brownies, and I will do the same for you!
Let's make 2020 our year!
