I'm starting my diet again

2 weeks ago I was 175 pounds. 2 weeks before that I was 185. And 2 days ago I was back at 185. The diet I've been on is CICO (1200 calories per day) but I don't count calories with an a app anymore because I would give myself too much leeway so now everyday I use the calculator on my phone. I'm exited because I really did get skinnier in 2 weeks and the pictures show it so If I can continue this diet to loose 20 or so pounds ill be happy with my weight

Strategies I've been using:

  • Round my calories (250 would go to 300, 130 would go to 200)
  • Eat about 300 calories for lunch , 100 calories snack and 800 calorie dinner
  • At least 5 bottles of water a day - I need to do this or Ill get headaches
  • Got rid of all the junk in my house - I live with my mom and I just simply tell her not to buy things.
  • Weigh yourself for motivation - That's what helped me when I did my original 2 week diet
