Making this post is kind of a way for me to make it a real message and commitment to myself. I am early teenage female, 5’4 and 136 lbs. I have been pudgy since I was 10 and even though I don’t think I’m overweight yet, I have been noticing clothes not fitting right and myself becoming bigger and feeling less confident in how I look in a swimsuit. I have tried to eat healthy in the past but I always give up and never stick to it. It mostly just comes down to cravings kicking my ass, I crave something then I obsessively think about it, then I just go buy it, eat it, and regret it later because of how I spent money I should’ve saved and how I just derailed my healthy eating efforts once again. I really want to lose about 22 pounds overall but I just hope I can stick to it. Any tips? Thanks.
