Alright so I’m around 5’10 and weigh 170 lbs I really want to start losing weight because I feel if I don’t start now my body will probably get worse. Okay so my situation, I hate the way my stomach sticks out and how i have some perky ass man titties. I wear a jacket/sweater all the time in public because I’m so insecure about it but the thing is I love eating food. My family and I eat fast food more than we should (Maybe like 3-4 times a week especially weekends.) but I just enjoy it so much. I’m also not physically active as well, I play on my PC with friends all the time 24/7 I get home from school, hop on my computer, it’s the weekend? Hop on my computer all day. And I just wanna do something to where I can be happy with my body but I just don’t know where to start. Over the summer I got into a good habit of ONLY water, cause I always drank soda, and so far ever since I’ve stuck with that. I’ve drunk water for all of my meals, except there are occasions where I sometimes drink soda but that’s usually when we go out to eat which is rare.
I know a lot of you are going to say just stop eating fast food, the thing is I can’t, I can choose to stop eating fast food but I know my family won’t. And if they continue to get fast food while I’m trying to stop eating it, it’s gonna be really tempting to eat some as well. I would love some advice on losing my weight and my current physical shape. Thank You!
