I want to learn to like exercise

I have been overweight all of my life. I am currently sitting at near 19st at 29. I want to change but I am finding exercise a massive hurdle.

I have lost weight on WW before but piled it all back on after a really bad depressive spell. It has taught me a lot about healthy eating and portion control though so I am pretty confident I can stick at it. My main issue is exercise.

I have hypermobile knees which cause me constant pain and was recently told I most likely have fibromyalgia too as I seem to be in pain in various spots a lot. This makes it really difficult for me to exercise because I am either constantly exhausted with no energy for it or in too much pain to carry it out.

I really want to find exercise I can do with minimal pain. I know they say no pain no gain, but I am in pain ALL THE TIME!

Swimming isn't really an option for me as the nearest pool is a bit far out for me. I have been looking at doing yoga from home but unsure of it as of yet.

Anyone else in a similar position to me that can offer some advice?

I am not looking to be skinny, I just want to be healthy...although skinnier would be a bonus.

Thanks in advance!
