I overdid it

Background: F 5'2" tall, SW194lbs, CW187.4lbs

Current calorie goal 1440. Started counting last week.

Started working out 3x/week after Thanksgiving. Swimming, running, yoga each one time. Slow increase after Xmas

Joined boot camp challenge 3 weeks ago. 2-3 classes a week. Did an extra mile jog after class Tuesday, took a butt/belly class yesterday, then yoga, today did boot camp.

Got all lightheaded and almost fell over after class. Had to call my bf on the drive home bc I couldn't focus or keep my eyes open. Ate some chili and had 1/2 a Gatorade in hopes of putting something in my system and pulling out of my funk. It made me nauseous, felt little better after sitting in a long shower. Still feel exhausted 2 hours later. Should I increase my calories on workout days? Could I just need more water?
