F 26 175cm CW: 108kg GW: 90kg
Since Christmas I have got back on the IF and exercise train to better my fitness and general health before my sports season starts (netball coach).
I have been tracking well over the last two weeks using MyFitnessPal and IF 16:8. I haven’t been super strict on my diet with the exception of working at a calorie deficit but it’s a big mental game for me as well.
I weighed in last week at 106kgs and was really happy with a small loss.
I went away over the last two days with my sister on a quick trip. I was not able to IF due to motion sickness and flying (needed to eat early) but we still clocked up 20kms of walking so I thought that I still would’ve balanced my calories.
I went back to the gym this morning and walked up to the scales knowing full well that it probably wasn’t the best idea.
Back to 108. After only 2 days of routine change?!
I’m so disheartened.
I hope someone had a breakthrough today. To those who had a set back - I feel you.
