I’ve been on this subreddit for a few weeks now, I guess. I read at least a couple posts a day. Yesterday I saw myself in the mirror - and didn’t like what I see at all. I’m quite short, about 5’2”. And I weigh approx. 140 pounds. I think weighing 140 pounds is not the real issue, the way my body wears it is definitely a problem. I have got a ginormous belly compared to the rest of my body. I decided to measure and my waist was about 34”, right above my navel 35” and below the navel 36.5”. I don’t think I have been thinner for past six years now. Oh, and an important factor - I’m 25, and a female. I have a condition called PCOS. From what I know it’s pretty common. I started Spironolactone last year right in the start and it helped me get my cycle pretty regular. Before that for about five years my cycle was regular at all! Since last three days I have been eating very clean although I haven’t moved much. I don’t really feel like I have the energy to move? Maybe because I’ve started eating clean after such a long time. I am very cautious about what I eat though. I avoid dairy, sodium, and of course processed carbs. The only carbs I use are barley or chickpea flour, and oats. It would be great to receive some advice and maybe a little bit of motivation?
