I finished a milestone and I didn't even realise.

When I was taken to the hospital for a blood clot in my brain, I had no clue that I had added significant amount of weight for myself. When the doctor said my weight was 131.8 kgs, I was shocked. I kept on lying to myself that I was okay and started eating more food. The moment I got out, I decided to walk a few steps a day so that I could bring down my weight gradually. I was thinkin of losing 6 kg in 6 months so that I could do it. Fast forward, it has already been 3 months since I have started walking and I HAVE LOST 9 KGS!!! I hope to reduce more so that I can seen myself fit and fine. Thank you. :)

P.S I was walking 12000 steps a day.
