Exercise after you pee. Seriously.

Let me explain myself.

Since I started my lifestyle changes and eating habits, drinking water has been really a important part of it. Ingesting almost a gallon a day, your visits to the bathroom increases a lot. I think most of this community have similar experiences.

So, one day, scrolling Instagram feed, I saw a post with tips for being more active. One of them was doing 25 squats every time you use the bathroom. I didn't pay much attention to it at the moment, but a little after, I thought "why not?" (especially 'cause my buns are really a problem area... you know, it's kinda stubborn). And because I can't count many times I pee a day, IT'S WORKING!

I mean, didn't thought it would be such a good tip. And the moviment can be really anything, like jumping jacks or whatever, every extra calorie burned counts!

Just wanted to share this with everyone, 'cause I was genuinely shocked. Bye! 💛
