Do not calorie restrict even more today because of what happened yesterday. Do not feel bad. Recognize that it happened, but today, push past it and realize that one slip-up won’t ruin your day.
You may not be hungry in the morning because you ate too much last night. Do not skip breakfast. Stick to your routine, especially if you have broken it. The best thing you can do is stick to your routine. We all mess up sometimes; we are only human.
Do not let one mistake throw you off or define you. It takes a long time to create a habit, but de-railing because one slip-up occurred is so easy and happens too often.
