Diet: Paleo & Intermittent fasting
Journal Entry:
Day 6 was a pretty good day almost great. Woke up and weighed myself and dropped about two pounds again (1.8). Getting below 210 by the end of the month is going to be very possible at this point barring something crazy. Had to break my 16 hour intermittent fast today because I had dinner with my sister who I haven’t seen in forever. That was basically the only bad thing that happened today.
I completed most of my goals from yesterday. I stayed mostly consistent with the diet. At dinner I had chicken wings (no breading) which is paleo but there were quite a few and the sauce on it may have been too sugary but I don’t think it was too awful. I just hope I don’t gain anything tomorrow but could be the same or very little drop in weight. I also went on a 1,300 step walk and finally started my classwork!
My main goals for tomorrow is to keep consistency with the diet and to fast the 16 hours that I wasn’t able to today. I also will increase my walk by 100 steps and aim for a 1,400 step walk. I also want to wake up early and put in more time in my class. I have a good feeling I can complete all of those goals.
Overall it was a good day. Maybe had a bit more calories than I would have liked and been slightly off the paleo diet rules and didn’t do my entire fast but all things considered I ate pretty. I’m wishing the best for tomorrow and I hope it goes well for you all too!
