Diet: Paleo & Intermittent fasting

Day 2 went very well for me diet wise. I Ate 1,243 calories which was well below my 1,500 limit. I was able to eat very disciplined and did not break the paleo diet rules again although I was very tempted to eat some pot roast my mother cooked. As far as the fasting goes I was able to do my 15 hour fast yesterday and am currently in the middle of my 15 hour fast for today. I am definitely less hungry than I was yesterday during this time. Scale and body fat monitor shipped today so it should be here on Saturday. I’m hoping I’ll be below 220 but I’m not getting my hopes up.
I completed most of my goals from yesterday. I was able to be consistent with the diet and fasting. I was able to go for a 1,000 step walk which was pretty short but it’s the first time I’ve “exercised” in well over a year. I did however sleep in when I wanted to get up early. Instead if waking up at 6:00 AM I woke up around 9:45 AM. And when I looked at my online class I realized the first assignment isn’t due for 10 days so I have immediately slacked off lol.
My goal for tomorrow is to do the exact same as today diet wise. Tomorrow I will again try and wake up early. This time I will set my alarm (my phone) in the furthest corner of my room and at full volume. That will at least get me out of bed which will be much better than today. I also want to go for a 1,100 step walk tomorrow. I think a good goal for me is to just keep adding 100 steps daily until I reach 10,000 steps. For my online class, I will just do the stupid “introduce yourself” assignment. It should only take 15 minutes and will at least get the ball rolling as far as that goes.
Overall it was a good day and I’m hoping for another one tomorrow!
