My tdee is about 1800 (5’4.25 150lbs) if I had to guess. Most days I try to eat 1200. I’m alright for the morning and afternoon as long as I’m at school, once I get home after work (10 pm ish) I eat like a meal. I’m not gaining weight thankfully, but I’m not losing either. I’m fairly mobile, walk or bus most places (don’t have a car) and it was insanely cold for the last 2 weeks (-40 Celsius) so I’m trying to be a little lenient especially since I got mild hypothermia walking home. But I was wondering if anyone had any ways to avoid eating after work, or in general eating snacks instead of actual meals? If it helps I don’t actually feel full after most meals either, even when I do eat a lot? Like I feel like I could eat one or two more bites or that I’ll be hungry again in 20 minutes. It’s really infuriating. It’s worse when I eat light and healthy meals. Maybe I need more protein? I always feel full after eating actual dinner (usually a dense meat, bread, veggies). Idk.
