I just wanted to say a huge huge thank you to everybody who commented on my post yesterday! I never ever expected hundreds of people to get involved, but I’m so glad I’ve found this little community because my friends are all healthy weights and don’t understand what it’s like to have battled your own weight forever, but again I’m rambling, thank you all!
In regards to the ‘Big Step’ - yesterday I ate a grand total of 1600 calories (minestrone soup, 2x brown bread, green grapes, portion of vegetarian chicken pieces & a small portion of chips) and drank 2.5 litres of water. And I actually didn’t feel like I was starving!
I’ll keep you all posted with how I get on but yesterday was a big step for me, even if it was just making it to the shop and making more conscious thought about what I’m eating, hopefully soon enough I’ll have some progress to show off!
