Best way to lose last bits of flab

I’m an 18M. I’ve lost almost 20 pounds in the past year, going from 166 to 146. I also grew like half an inch so I’m 5’8” now. BMI is around 22. I lost most of the weight in my first semester of college by not eating breakfast, so I had a calorie deficit.

I still have some slight man boobs and a bit of fat around my waist. Not enough to really droop down but enough to stick out. My arms and legs aren’t muscular either but I can fix that by lifting and working out the legs. I don’t work out much, but I do get 12,000 steps on most days just walking around.

I also plan on continuing to eat similarly, and I’ve cut out unnecessary sugars like desserts and soda, generally only having them maybe once a week and not on the same day. The biggest problem is probably carbs, since I eat sandwiches or rice the most. I get protein from white meat and sometimes egg if I eat breakfast.

Any workout tips or diet advice to lose the last bit of flab would be much appreciated.
