Actually succeeding

I started noom about nine weeks ago. I started seeing a dietitian six weeks ago. I'm down 11 pounds and a full pants size. Nothing as big as a lot of people, but my goal is to go down 45 pounds so it's a good chunk of the way toward my goal. I took a selfie today and didn't hate what I saw. The best incentive I've ever had to lose is my son and myself. Trying to lose because I'm ugly doesn't work. Accepting myself and wanting to then be my best self is the only way I've ever been able to dedicate. I love the discussions on this subreddit and I'm so excited to be back in a few months and hopefully say I reached my goal.
