So the title kind of says it all. I have lost 50 lbs from August through today. That being said, I took all of November off and gained at least 5 LBS back. My question is, when will I start to experience loose skin? I currently have stretch marks, some bad some not so bad, but no loose skin.
I am lifting heavy, heavy weights and naturally have a lot of muscle. I am making progress I am proud of and getting back into shape, slowly but surely. I have lost 6 inches in pant size, 2 shirt sizes and don't look morbidly obese in my work clothes... Heck, I may not even look obese but IDK!
Additionally, all of the BF calculators (which are not accurate and could be 3% off, specifically thinking of the Navy one that I use) have me around 30% BF. Considering i am squatting 3x10 315 and doing 3x10 540 on the leg press, I don't think that estimate is too far off despite having another 50 LBS to lose.
One thing that kind of sucks about being at a 1000-1500 daily caloric deficit for months on end is that I get kind of really tired and irritable on random days. So that isn't ideal but I am hoping to be done with this losing weight and eating at a deficit in July.
Anyway, any help and advice on the loose skin and when I can be expecting to start seeing it would be greatly appreciated! Thanks fellow losers! I mean that in the best terms possible :)
