30 Day Accountability Challenge - Day 7

Hello lovely losers,

Happy Tuesday! I hope you're all out there conquering!

Weight by end of month (210 lbs, preferably trend weight): No weigh in this morning, 215.6 trend weight.

Stay within calorie range (1500): Taking away my check mark for yesterday, ugh. I don't think I went above maintenance but I am not happy about it. Tonight I should be good, I've got a tasty dinner with roasted veg & chicken sausage planned out. 4/5 days.

Exercise 5 days a week: HIIT tonight. 5/7 days.

Limit purchased coffee drinks (3 a week), if exceeded, $25 donation: Slept poorly, wanted extra caffeine. 2/13 total.

Self-care time (journaling, beauty treatments, anything that makes me feel taken care of): Sorely needed hair trim today! My hair stylist lost weight because I "inspired" her last time I was in & she now refers to me as a super woman haha :)

Try a new recipe once a week: Curry powder/curried lentils update. I've got a couple ideas for the next one too, we'll see how I get along! There's a sausage & veggie sheet pan meal I've got my eye on. Anyone have experience reheating roasted veg with a microwave? 1/5 weeks.

Finish The Body Keeps the Score: I'm over 100 pages in & finding it very informative.

Drawing prompt every day: Not sure what I'll get up to yet. 2/7 days.

I realize I'm coming up on the weight I remember being at 10-11 years old & man is that a trip to think about. Oofta.

Tell me all about your day losers!
