I hope your Sunday was lovely!
Weight by end of month (210 lbs, preferably trend weight): No weigh in this morning, 215.6 trend weight.
Stay within calorie range (1500): Dinner is in the oven, a whole mess of roasted veg & I'm going to try the beyond burger patty, doing good today. 3/3 days.
Exercise 5 days a week: Long brisk walk today, does a sore body good. 4/5 days.
Limit purchased coffee drinks (3 a week), if exceeded, $25 donation: I tried to get one. The line was so long they gave it to me for free & it was not made properly so I didn't drink it. So, I didn't pay for it or drink it. Does not count, thanks universe for making this goal easier lols. 0/13 total.
Self-care time (journaling, beauty treatments, anything that makes me feel taken care of): Got my meal prep done, trying to make tomorrow & the week ahead as easy as possible.
Try a new recipe once a week: Tried a different curry powder mix from scratch to make curried lentils. 1/5 weeks.
Finish The Body Keeps the Score: I got through a few chapters today!
Drawing prompt every day: Not sure what I'll get up to yet. 2/5 days.
