30 Day Accountability Challenge - Day 4

Hello losers,

I hope you are all having a lovely Saturday!

Weight by end of month (210 lbs, preferably trend weight): 217.2 this morning, 215.6 trend weight.

Stay within calorie range (1500): Planned maintenance day, went to a Brazilian steakhouse, meat so good. 2/2 days.

Exercise 5 days a week: HASFIT beginner's weight training session. I disagree with the beginner's label. 3/4 days.

Limit purchased coffee drinks (3 a week), if exceeded, $25 donation: None today, lots of tasty home brews though. 0/13 total.

Self-care time (journaling, beauty treatments, anything that makes me feel taken care of): Lovely meal out with SO plus so much quality time balanced with productivity. Clean apartment, full tummy, happy soul.

Try a new recipe once a week: I'm eyeballing the sales to figure out what my meal prep will be. X/5 weeks.

Finish The Body Keeps the Score: I read two paragraphs yesterday evening & will aim for a couple chapters tonight.

Drawing prompt every day: Not sure what I'll get up to yet. 2/4 days.
