23(f) desperate for advice

I am a 23-year-old girl. I weigh 83 kg. I am 177 cm tall.

I am getting out of ideas how to lose the weight. I am on a plant-based diet for 5 years now, eating mostly homemade meals (meal prep for work), restricting sugar, salt and fat. I am excercising at least 3 times a week (jogging 5km/zumba/light weight-lifting). I work in an office and most of the day is for me sedentary, but I walk 20 min to work, 20 min back and during my work lunch break (30 min, I eat my lunch at my desk and use the break for the walk).

I thought I was doing enough already. Although I have been struggling my whole life with weight, doing sport and getting rid of dairy, animal products, sweets and alkohol was when I started maintaing about 73 kg. 2 years ago (after getting a hormonal implant) I have experienced difficulties in keeping my weight lower.

I don't have a problem with my thyroid, but I believe that hormones in the implant might be influencing my body and I am getting rid of it next month. However, before that I would like to still lose at least a little bit of weight in a healthy way, because I don't feel good about myself anymore.

Could you guys give me some advice?
