Ok redditors, don’t go lightly on me. I need real honesty. I barley believe I’m the one writing this post. I’ve become someone who’s always in a surplus. I grew up in a relatively thin body, but since Covid hit, I constantly eat. Now I’m overweight, and always uncomfortable. None of my clothes fit. Everyday I think “ok! This is the start” and somehow mid day everything goes out the window and I eat a ridiculous amount of calories. I actually have to lose at least 20 pounds to be a healthy weight again. Any tips on how to be a calorie deficit and not overeat all day long?
