These days,I’ve been feeling unmotivated,but today was different. When I came home today,I didn’t feel tired,in fact, I was really motivated. I took my dogs on a long,casual walk around the neighborhood and after that, I went on a 20 minute jog. After that, I did a quick thigh workout. I haven’t worked out in over a month so I’m VERY proud of myself. Maybe it’s the cooler weather,maybe it’s the productive day I’ve had,maybe it’s the 8 hours of sleep I got last night. I don’t know,but small victories y’all,small victories. ^
Also,I’ve been thinking about trying out an accountability partner. I think it’ll really help me. :)
