I f(20) gained about 15-20lbs since I was 18. I’m 5’8, weigh 180lbs, wear a size 8 (size 4 when 18), medium in shirts and large in pants.
It’s been 2 months exactly (7/15) since I started working to lose weight and I’ve lost 5lbs. I’m feeling more confident and fit into some smaller jeans. I was 185 when I started and now down to 180.
I walk a lot and eat two filling meals, a snack, and a coffee per day. I eat around 2000 calories but I walk about 2 miles a day. I can’t do much in the gym because I am disabled.
I feel like people on this subreddit are losing weight a lot faster than me. I know it shouldn’t be a race, but idk.
