Hey, everyone!
TL;DR: Where can I learn what a diet requires for someone looking to build significant muscle mass without gaining an enormous amount of fat, and where can I learn to make that diet vegan? Lastly, how can I make that diet feasible to prepare with a college student's limited time?
Goal: Build more noticeable muscle without gaining an unreasonable amount of fat, losing an unreasonable amount of time, or going non-vegan.
Elaboration:
I've been vegan for several years and began some few months ago narrowing what I eat only to what would be necessary to eat the recommended amount of each nutrient in Cronometer. However, after doing this for a while, I've started to notice a pattern where:
- I restrict my diet down to only healthy vegan options.
- I lose weight for a short period.
- I become regularly hungry, a bit lightheaded, and a bit irritable.
- I eventually break and go back to my previous vegan diet.
I recognize 10,000% that asking someone for all of this information is unfair, so instead, I'm asking for learning resources that I can use to find answers to my questions. If people can reply with where to learn the answers to my questions, that would be an enormous help :D
I spectacularly appreciate the time anyone took to read this post; double thank you if you decided to reply. Have a wonderful day! (I mentioned that I'm vegan way too many times in this, loooooooool.)
