31F 5'1" SW: 165 GW: 145 I wonder how many times I've been on the right path and given up just because the scale didn't move... Just some advice for those that may be in a similar situation: TAKE BODY MEASUREMENTS! My weight has fluctuated up and down about 2-3 pounds over the last two months, but I've lost 4 inches on my waist and am down a pant size. As another tool to measure progress, I am keeping a pair of shorts that don't fit me right now and will try them on once a month. I've always been focused on looking good instead of a number on the scale, but my measurement system has always been the scale. It is so hard to see the changes in the mirror, but pants that didn't fit two months ago sure make the changes obvious!
