Struggling to get my weight down

Hey loseit... this is my 5th time in 4 years starting on this journey and I am really struggling. I am 20F 5'8 CW:177lbs (GW:145lbs), and at the heaviest I've ever been in my life.

I started attempting this again a five weeks ago. I started on a 1200cal diet, 16-20 hour IF, and doing hot spin and yoga when I can. On top of the fact I have seen NO change, I am so tired all the time. Even when not working out I feel completely fatigued and have felt like this for years. I don't know how to push through this or correct it.

I know I am not meeting my macro goals either... I don't even come close to half of the protein I need and tend to go over the limit with sodium. I am also constantly hungry! Even if I eat the most filling meal that makes me nauseous from eating too much, I am still ready to eat again within the hour. IF and the diet have been absolutely miserable.

I am really lost on how to proceed and also don't understand why I have barely lost anything. I recently developed a giant mass of stretch marks across my body and am terrified of how they will spread if I can't get my weight down soon. Am I doing something wrong that is keeping me from losing weight and what can I do to improve and stay motivated?
